If you wanna learn Arabic, your first al-wajib(homework) is to listen to this أغنيه (song) and find the difference between the formal and spoken Arabic.
note the difference between الفصحى(formal or classical arabic) and عامية(spoken Arabic/colloquial). Egyptian always drops the 'qaf' when they speak and pronounce "jim" as "gim". For example "qalbi=heart" in this song becomes "albi" and "ajmal=the most beautiful" becomes "agmal".
